These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and sales made by Stautt Lda., and apply to all transactions made through our online store. By accessing the website and making purchases, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Stautt Lda. is dedicated to the sale of food products and nutritional supplements, ensuring that all marketed products comply with the food safety and quality standards required by Portuguese and European Union legislation.

3. Prices and payment

  • All product prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
  • Stautt reserves the right to change prices and product specifications without prior notice, except where there is a confirmed order.
  • Payment methods available include credit card, Multibanco reference, MB WAY and bank transfer.

4. Order process

  • To make a purchase, the user must select the product(s), add them to the cart and follow the checkout instructions.
  • Once the order is complete, the user will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and delivery

Stautt Lda. ships to Portugal, Spain and the rest of Europe.

  • Mainland Portugal and Spain: up to 4 business days.
  • Madeira and Azores: up to 6 business days.
  • Rest of Europe: up to 9 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • During holidays or in case of issues with shipping carriers, delivery times may be extended. The customer will be informed in the event of any significant delay.

6. Return and cancellation policy

  • Shipping: we ship to Portugal, Spain and the rest of Europe, with delivery times from 4 to 9 business days.
  • Returns and exchanges: we accept returns of damaged or defective products, and returns within 30 days, subject to the established conditions. We do not accept exchanges or returns of products without defects.

7. Quality and food safety guarantee

Stautt commits to selling only products that comply with food safety legislation. Products must be stored and used as instructed on the packaging.

8. Privacy and data protection

Customer personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Alternative dispute resolution
